It was also known that all the major roads of Islamabad and Rawalpindi would be closed by Asadi marchers.

March of Asadi

Thousands of demonstrators have gathered in the federal capital under the banner of the Asadi March, seeking to send Prime Minister Imran Khan's package.

The march caravan, which departed from Sindh on October 27, advanced through Punjab and arrived in Islamabad on October 31.

Opposition leaders made a furious speech against the PTI government and gave the prime minister two days to resign.

Prime Minister Imran has urged the government's negotiating committee to hold talks with Asadi March participants, but has rejected any talks about his resignation.
